FAQ WEDDING GOWNS AND DRESSES

1. What is the average time for delivery if I special order my gown?

The average delivery time for wedding gown is 3 to 4 months. Bridesmaids dress is usually 3 months. However, most of our designers offer a rush service for a minimal fee and this will cut the delivery time much shorter.

2. When is the normal time to order my gown without having it rushed?

We always suggest to our brides that they order their gown 6 months or more before the wedding date. This will give you enough time for the alterations and fittings.

3. Can I order my gown to my exact measurements?

Unfortunately the answer is no. We will determine your size according to our designer's size chart. After we take your measurements, we will compare it to the designer's chart and order your gown according to the closest measurements listed. Our trained bridal consultants are very good in determining your specific size and this will save you money on the alterations.

4. Can you order gown from a designer that you do not carry like David's Bridals?

No. We only order from designers that we have trusted over the years and have a solid relationship with them. We have worked with our bridal vendors for over 10 years and they have never let us down. All of the designers that we carry has a very reputable name and proud of their quality workmanship.

5. Are alterations included in the price of the gown?

No. Alterations are separate charge. Alteration charge are based on the extent of work to be done depending on the fabric, beading and style of the gown.

6. Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?

Yes. It is best to have an appointment. We will designate a bridal consultant that will spend an hour with you for consultation and trying on dresses. They are trained to assist you in suggesting the right style appropriate for your body type to accentuate your figure.

7. What is your return policy?

Sorry, our policy is All Sales are Final, however you can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of order.

8. What if I don't like the dress when it arrives?

Unfortunately, once you place the order, you are obligated to purchase the dress. Our store policy is All Sales are Final. Like most of specialty shops in the country there is no return policy however, you can exchange the dress from our in stock collection, you may pay the difference if there is, or we can issue you a store credit slip if you choose a lesser price.


9. Do you sell gowns off the rack?

Yes. We have a vast selection of gowns that are available to try on and purchase right away.


10. Do you give any incentive for purchasing my wedding gown from you.

Yes. We offer a FREE veil for all wedding gown priced at $500 and up whether you buy it off the rack or special order. We will press your wedding gown and give you a bridal zippered garment bag. We also offer FREE groom's tux with 8 or more rentals.

11. Do you have bridesmaids dresses, flower girls and mothers dresses?

Yes, we have samples here at the shop that you can try on purchase at the same time or special order.
