1. When can I order my tuxedo?
You can order your tuxedo as early as 6 months, but no later than 2 weeks before your wedding date.
2. Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, we take walk-ins, we have an abundant stock of tuxedos. During the Prom season, January to May, it is best to order your tuxedo in advance.
3. What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm. Sunday is closed. During Prom Season January to May, we are open on Sundays, 10 am to 3 pm.
4. Where do I get my measurements?
We have 2 answers for this. A) You can go to any tuxedo shop near you and ask for "Out of State Complimentary Measurements", some shops will ask for a minimal fee for this service. Don't worry, it's worth it! The better the measurements, the better your tuxedo will fit, and please, do not lie on your height and weight. B) You can use our "Measuring Techniques". Click on "Tuxedo Tips" and follow the instructions step by step, ask someone to take your measurements. Please, do not take your own measurements.
5. How do I coordinate the color of the bridesmaids dress to the groomsmen's vest?
We have color swatches from our vest collections, however, the color might differ from the actual fabric, so the best way is to send us a fabric swatch of the bridesmaids dress. Your bridal salon should be able to provide you with this. We will match it with our vests and then make our recommendations. If the fabric swatch is not available, you can go to a hardware store in the paint department, they have an array of colors to choose from.
6. How do I order my tuxedo?
Go to our "Tuxedo Collections" and select the style that you want. If you do not want the vest or tie that is pictured with the tuxedo, you can upgrade it by choosing from our "Vest and Accessories Collection". Next, you fill out the secure "Rental Order Form" and submit it with your valid credit card number. Your credit card will be charged for the rental at the time you place your order. You will receive a confirmation number the next day. If you do not receive a confirmation number within 2 days, please contact us by email or call us at 1-888-522-5477.
7. When can I try on my tuxedo?
You can try on your tuxedo as early as 2 days before your wedding, but if you are ordering a special order style, one day before the wedding is your fitting day. We suggest that you make an appointment for this fitting, especially if you have a big group in your wedding party.
8. When do I pick-up my tuxedo?
Pick-up is the day before the wedding or the day of the wedding.
9. When do I return my tuxedo?
Tuxedo return is the next business day after use. If your wear date is Saturday, your return date is Monday before 5 pm. If your wear date is Tuesday, your return date is Wednesday before 5 pm. There is a $30 per day per tux late return fee.
10. What if my tuxedo does not fit when I get there?
We have a lot of tuxedos in stock and we also have an in-house seamstress that can do last minute alterations.
11. Do you deliver tuxedos to the hotel or where I will be staying?
Yes, we offer this service for a minimal fee. For more details click on Services
12. When do I pay for my rental?
The rental charge will be paid at the time you place your order online. However, if you cancel after you place the order, there is a $25 processing and cancellation fee. If you cancel after you have done your fitting, all payments are non-refundable.
13. Is a credit card necessary to rent a tuxedo?
Yes, a valid credit card is required as a security deposit in case of loss or damage to the garments that are being rented. We take Visa, MC, Amex, and Disc. You may pay your rental with cash, but we will still need the credit card number for security deposit.
14. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy is 2 weeks or 14 days before the event date. There will be a change order fee of $45 to cancel or change any order. If you cancel before the time period you will receive a refund minus the change order fee. If you cancel after the cancellation period there is no refund.
